Dolce & Gabbana SS2004 Pink Tactical Bondage Pants

PRODUCT DESCRIPTION:

In the early 2000’s, Dolce & Gabbana drew inspiration from a melting pot of concepts including military garb, techno, punk and BDSM. This resulted in some of their most covetable pieces, adorned with tactical straps, relaxed cuts and excessive cargo pockets. Over several collections, these themes were extrapolated and refined, later introducing bright colours and heightened modularity to the mix.

Hailing from the SS04 collection, these pants are overflowing with details, and are a rare and enduring example from Dolce & Gabbana’s seminal era. Its tactical details reference traditional military wear, and have been recontextualised into the playful, often sexually charged world of D & G by way of its pink colour-way, low rise cut and bondage straps.

These straps allow for an incredible level of modularity, as they are intended to be fastened to the silver hardware that feature prominently all over the garment. A total of 25 silver buttons have all been engraved with ‘D & G Dolce & Gabbana’, while a leather logo patch is located at the central rear. Cargo-style button clasp pockets at the front and back contribute further to the pants’ practicality.
